CRM like Salesflare that actually works?

We’re a B2B company in need of an approachable CRM that saves our time.

We tried Salesflare as it claimed to automate account / contact enrichment. Enrichment doesn’t actually work, i.e. it can create new contacts based on social media data, but there’s no way to merge them with existing contacts.

Is there something that automates contact information enrichment and is otherwise a nice product?
