CRM for B2C Startup

We have a B2C platform and need to implement some sort of CRM software.

We're quite small at the moment, so the price will be a big factor.

We are looking for a CRM, that allows us:

• Help our customers through a chatbot, tickets…
• Gather a 360-degree customer overview
• Unlimited marketing contacts (we'll have over 100k in a year)
• E-mail, Instagram, Whatsapp
• Automations
• FAQ
• Mutiple agents
• And other common & handy features

I've spent couple of hours learning about the Freshdesk, which has a reasonable price for the Growth plan. What I don't like there is that they charge ridiculous amounts for the marketing contacts (around 1800$ for 100k contacts, which is their max), so that's a show-stopper. Also, they have a limit on the chatbot sessions (1000 sessions in 24h), and if you go over that, you'll pay more.

I'm wondering if there's anything else that has the features we're looking for.
