( votes)I work for a small business of 6 people, and I'm looking for a contact manager or a CRM with a large focus on contact management. We need a centralized contact list that gets updated every time someone adds a contact to their phone, then updates the other 5 phones to have the same new contact. We are currently using Deja Office; it's great when it works and is very frustrating when it doesn't (which is most of the time).
I'm hoping to have:
– a contact list that syncs directly with a cell phone's native contact list or affects caller ID.
– as stated before, when a contact is added to someone's phone, all other phones are automatically updated.
– Allows contact importing directly from a cell phone.
– Works well with Apple phones.
I've looked at a few CRMS/Contact Managers:
– Hubspot: Telephony is super expensive. Does allow for iCloud syncing, but for only ONE iCloud account. That doesn't really work when we've got 6 people all with different iCloud accounts.
– Contactbook: Directly imports contacts from phone, but doesn't automatically update phone contacts to match Contactbook contact list; you have to manually import each contact into phone contacts.
– Bigin: Not able to import contacts from phone.
– Less Annoying CRM: Will only sync contacts through Google Contacts, no Apple integration (I'm trying desperately to keep things as simple as possible)
– Contact +: Didn't personally try, but has terrible reviews — does it suck as bad as Capterra says?
Any advice or other recommendations would be very appreciated! I am pulling out my hair trying to figure something out. Thank you!
