( votes)Hello, we are currently exploring alternative options to replace SalesForce as our CRM system. While SalesForce performs well and offers interesting expansion capabilities, the costs associated with its development and license maintenance are significantly high for our company. Therefore, we would like to consider other platforms that provide equivalent functionalities or are compatible with our existing projects.
To give you an overview of our current setup, we use Google Workspace as our office platform and Clickup as our task manager. Additionally, we are considering implementing Zoho People, a GPS attendance control system, to manage our staff's attendance.
As part of our ongoing efforts, we have recently begun implementing Kommo as our customer management platform. However, we still rely on separate Excel spreadsheets for certain tasks, and we aim to consolidate our work modules, including both the Omnichannel access and Kommo, with the rest of our operational elements.
We would greatly appreciate any ideas or recommendations based on your experiences or case studies. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
