CRM analyst value

Hi everyone, not sure if this the right platform. But want to find out does anyone have a understanding what is a CRM analyst role like? How does day to day look like?

In my current company, everyone from product marketing to campaign managers, they did their own analysis and sharing of results. Sometimes its feels like it overlapped with the role of CRM analyst and just wondering what is the main value add that is supposed to be coming from CRM analyst role.

What does CRM analyst suppose to do that value adds and does not overlap with everyone else?
