About Client
The client is a multinational company based in France, with 60 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
They are known for being the inventors of Dermo-cosmetics making them a leading market player in their field.
The company’s primary business includes manufacturing and distributing pharmaceutical products and supplies. They specialize in various categories such as Health to Beauty, Dermo-Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, skincare, hair care, and personal care.
The Problem
The client faced the challenge of an inefficient order process, as their field sales representatives were unable to place customer orders in real-time through their smartphones and iPads. They needed to track sales rep performance and report on important on-field tasks such as sales activities and sales transactions per customer.
They also needed to implement an order management system based on regular orders, while also managing discounts based on customer ratings, individual order value, brand/product-wise discounts, and promotional discounts. Managing car stock, loyalty programs, and order types presented additional challenges for the client.
Finally, the client needed to implement complaints management and generate printable reports for the same.

The Solution
We provided an end-to-end solution to the client’s complex business needs by designing and implementing a fully integrated system for Marketing, Sales, and Cases on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online.
The solution aimed to streamline the client’s business operations by combining various functionalities into a single system, reducing the need for multiple software solutions. Additionally, Dynamics 365 Field Service solution was suggested to manage on-field issues.
To achieve this, Zelite developed integrations between Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and MS SharePoint, two award-winning systems that provided a solid foundation for the client’s requirements. MS SharePoint was implemented to store, share, and access information from any device as and when required by the sales reps.
The integrations ensured seamless communication between the systems, enabling the efficient flow of information across departments and teams.
Moreover, the system’s functionality was enhanced by integrating Dynamics 365 Field Service functionality, which allowed for additional features and provided a better experience for on-field sales reps who could now use 4G devices. This integration enabled the access and update of information in real time, making the on-field process more efficient and effective.
Another significant addition to the system was the integration with DocuSign for lead agreements. This integration helped to simplify and expedite the sales process by allowing the sales team to sign agreements and contracts electronically, eliminating the need for paper-based documentation.
With Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Field Service, the client was able to improve their field sales rep performance by 95%.
