EU hosted CRM for B2B2C healthcare company?

I work for a B2B2C healthtech start up. For our B2C side, we are currently using Intercom for our customer support and Mailchimp for our transactional emails and marketing emails. On the B2B side, we don't actually have any sort of CRM tool, we just list leads in Notion.

It has recently come to our attention that Mailchimp host their data in the US and that this could cause issues for us with GDPR. We do not currently store any sensitive data in the CRM but we plan do do so soon. Intercom also store their data in the US but now have an option for a EU workspace.

Our original plan was to just move our transactional and marketing emails to Intercom (they don't look as nice but the Series feature makes for a great multi-channel experience). However, just to get an EU workspace it's $499 and then if we want the engage package (which includes the Series feature and customer support chat bots) that's another $499 on top. Plus, there are hefty fees for contacts over 2000. In short, we just don't think we can justify that as value for money so are looking for an alternative. I'm really struggling though to find any that are EU hosted and offer the breadth of features that Intercom has.

We need:

• Transactional emails
• Event triggered emails (e.g. user completes an activity and gets an email to confirm)
• Chat widget + chat bots
• Marketing emails with A/B testing
• Automations/workflows (like Intercom Series or Mailchimp Journeys)
• API
• A sales CRM would be a nice to have

The only option I can find that fits this bill is Send in Blue – is there anything else I should be considering?
