I recently got a new job and I've been tasked with finding CRM software that has a support ticket system (Similar to Helpdesk or Zendesk), in addition to having Sales funnel tracking and the ability to log calls, emails etc. Preferably one with easy email to CRM Integration. So far we've been using Thryv, but they do not have a support ticket and whenever we send emails through Thryv, the customer has to click the Thryv link in order to reply. Which I'm not a fan of. I want to switch all of our CS agents over to this CRM software but I don't have a whole lot of experience with CRM. Can anyone recommend a good one that fits the criteria I mentioned? Right now I'm looking into Zoho with the Zohodesk application.
