Looking for a CRM. Requirements in post.

Email Sync – So I can connect my email and it'll see that a lead has emailed me and update their contact on the CRM. Hubspot does this to a certain extent but it seems like if the client emails me something that's not a response to an email I've written them, I then have to forward it to a hubspot address for it to get added. It's easy to miss stuff, I don't like it and I don't think there's a fix for it.

I'm really looking for something that thinks like this – an email from x, x is a lead, I'm going to add this email to x's lead automatically.

Email tracking would be useful, just to minimize the number of the "oh, I didn't see the invoice email you sent me 4 weeks ago"
Something that looks relatively modern.

I don't need anything that does deals, etc. It's more of me just wanting to keep all of my client data and chats in one place.

Or of anyone else has any suggestions on another service that might fit my needs. I am all ears.
