Best free CRM for this use case?

Looking for a free CRM that allows at least 100k free contacts and also allows you create a pie chart on a dashboard based on lead statuses. e.g. 25% open 75% bad fit, etc.

I know HubSpot allows up to 1M free contacts but the feature to create such a pie chart that automatically updates on a dashboard requires a $500 professional plan.

If that’s not possible with a free CRM plan, then the most I would be willing to pay would be about $100 / month to have these features.
