{How to} resolve A record with these value already exists, a duplicate record cannot be created, select one or more unique values and try again

Today i am going to show to resolve error message while importing the data into Dynamics 365 Sales.

Sceanrio: whenver you import data into Dynamics 365 Sales you may face this issue:

” A record with these value already exists, a duplicate record cannot be created, select one or more unique values and try again “,

How to resolve this?

Lets gets started.

When we import the data into Dynamics 365 Sales the error message itself says this record already exists.

Duplicate records can not be created.

So if you still want to create record already exists then you may need to revisit the record you are trying to import and make changes required and import again with modified values which will not be same as record that already exists.
