looking for CRM for 1-1 conversation and sales sequence + API integrations

Hi guys,

I'm currently using FreshSales, but it is getting a bit frustrating as t lacks some features and functionality. I was trying to expand onto it but even the API is limited.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good CRM for 1-1 personal touch with sales sequence?

I use to use it contractually but they shut down, I looked at follow-up boss but it is a bit overkill with features.

Needs:

• connect my ms365 emails to get my history of the contact
• add note, activities from my correspondences
• Create list/buckets
• Allow me to create a sales sequence that pre-populates an email but I have to approve it before it goes out. For example; if someone enters a list/bucket it generates a task for me to approve a pre-completed template email where I can customise it before it goes out.
• API integration (must have)
• Reasonably priced

My main aim is not to send newsletter style emails but normal ones that yousend via outlook, but with templates or pre-prepared responses that I can send out at specific time.
