I have a small business (9 employees) and have been slamming my head against the wall trying to nail down what software to run my business operations through and set us up for further growth.

A quick explanation of the business.. We sell car parts and much of our business is often repeat customers. We pride ourselves on customer service so a strong CRM is imperative for our business. We also have a large inventory and constantly fighting to keep inventory in stock so inventory management is also a big key. We haven't opened up to E-commerce yet because we have been struggling to bridge the gap between Shopify and our inventory software. 100% of our orders are currently manually entered into the system. We need to have this feature while also being able to accept E-commerce orders.

We have tried all the big name CRMs.. Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive to name a few. Hubspot is by far the most robust and worked the best for us. Notating conversations and automated email sequences are great. Also the email open and click reporting is helpful.

The main issue we keep running into is everything operating separately.. CRM on one platform, Inventory management and financials in another platform, and Shopify for website.

We are currently running Hubspot and Netsuite side by side because Netsuite's CRM is embarrassing. Everything about Netsuite seemed promising going through the sales process but they forget to mention the company's corporate structure is literally designed to fuck the customer out of as much money as possible to get a functional software. This is my side rant on how I wouldn't recommend Netsuite to my worst enemy.

So, that brings me to my question. Does anyone out there have advise on what CRM / ERP softwares might be able to help with our problems? I understand that Hubspot and Shopify can integrate but I cannot figure out if Shopify allows us to manually enter orders on the back end.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read.
