( votes)Have decided on Zoho as a new CRM for a small agency. This is our first CRM so there's no previous data to import across, and we're primarily using it for client relationship management (not sales/leads). There are obviously a lot of capabilities and features available – is it necessary to hire someone to set it up – or can it be done in house? I just want to make sure we're taking full advantage of the features/properly integrating the ones we need!
