CRM solution for my VOD service business

I'm looking for a CRM solution for a VOD service business that offers both free (gated) and paid video content options, and where it's important to record user interactions with the gated content to optimize lead scoring and sales overall.

Currently, the CRM will primarily be used for sales, but I'd also like the potential for customer service ticketing down the line. Currently there will be about 5 users from CS and sales.

Budget: up to $50/month per user.
