Is there a CRM that can automatically pull in contact information from Office 365 emails, and allows email marketing based on internal end-user approvals?

I'm in IT at a law firm and our Marketing department currently uses Introhive, which integrates with Office 365. It pulls in contact information from email signatures in our users' email communications with our clients or prospective clients (but also opposing counsel, and others that aren't our clients).

We want to be able to provide our end-users (attorneys) with a way to "approve" whether our Marketing group may market to their contacts, but Introhive does not offer this out of the box.

Before I build a custom integration, is there a CRM that can handle this out of the box? Basically, some automatic contact/customer ingestion from our Office 365 email environment, and then allows our end users to review/approve which contacts are allowed to be marketed to? Bonus if it can then handle the actual email marketing component, but that's not a requirement.
