CRM for WEB 3 companies

I'm looking for a push notification service provider for a DeFi trading app.

The main objective is to send on-chain/ off-chain push notifications and app inbox messages. Having an email component is a plus, ultimately creating an omnichannel experience for users (the ones who are willing to share email data).

Previously I've worked with Braze and Leanplum (now CleverTap). And those seem to be the industry leaders from the price <> performance aspect.

We are also considering Firebase Cloud Messaging. However, functionality wise it seems less powerful than other push notification providers.

Have you ever worked with any of these providers? Do you have any other suggestions?

It isn’t always possible in today’s world of Android and iOS to be 100% decentralized. Perhaps the way to go is to use a well-established push notification provider.
