Recs for CRM app/software for small clothing brand?

Hey guys, I recently started working at a clothing brand and was looking to streamline their CRM system. Right now they are using Gmail 'Labels' to categorize their incoming emails, which consists of customer service, order-related, wholesale, and emails between the people within the company (<10 people in the company).

I've been wasting a lot of time retracing emails, looking through past responses, and managing wholesale clients have been very tedious. I was wondering if there is a software or maybe a Gmail integrated software like Streak that can manage communication like this? I'm also looking for a service where I can add my coworkers to this system so everyone can see updates on email chains/clients. I assume most of these software will have built-in email automation as a feature so that will be important as well.
