( votes)Hello guys, I have been tasked with finding a good CRM for our company for the sales team. It's only 2 people doing sales so it's a pretty small thing.
From the limited budget we have the best options seem to be Zoho and Pipedrive, both around 15 euros per month.
I also checked SuiteCRM but I don't know if they are very viable to host, we already are hosting a website and I am worried it would affect it.
Anyway Zoho and Pipedrive seem easier to use which is probably more suited to the Sales teams who aren't suuper tech savy.
I would like to hear you guys opinion in these low budget options and if I am missing something.
The most important feature is having a way to record activity so you can know the last time you visited a client.
Something I thought would be cool, is if there any tool that can calculate routes. For example the CRM knows every company location and you input a few companies you want to visit and it calculates the best route. Or maybe some even automatic routes based on certain criteria. Sales in our field are very in-person based, so this would be very useful for them.
I am still learning the ropes on both these platforms so maybe one of them has this and I missed it, my bad if thats the case.

Edit: Forgot to say, but hubspot basic deal, for 38 dollars a month and you also get email marketing seems like a steal, what you guys think about this one ?
