Looking for a CRM for my Business (Need task templates & external phone connection)

Hey guys, been researching but having a tough time finding a good system for my business. I run a marketing agency & currently all communication is done through my second mobile phone & WhatsApp. I also use Asana for task management but would like to get one system for everything.

What I need is a system that allows me to connect my second mobile phone number to it so I can track calls, texts, send calls & texts, and ideally have it still go to both the CRM and my mobile phone (not sure if possible). Basically, I’d like to find a way to keep the same number all my clients have but be able to allow my employees to have access to it as well so we can be more than a one man sales & customer service force.

Secondly, I need a system that’s capable of creating task templates. For example, a client hires us for a campaign and we review the campaign every other day. We’d like to be able to easily setup all the tasks we need for the month for each client & ideally have it adjust based on the start/end date of the campaign.

I’d also like to system to be as easy to use as possible. I know this isn’t the need of most CRM users, but I’d love to find a way to get this functionality with ease of use so my team can continue to grow & get the benefits of a CRM systems analytics and tracking.

Lastly, if it does have live chat functionality that’s a plus but not a dealbreaker if it doesn’t.
