I am working for an insurance company. We are in B2B. We sell group benefits to businesses with the help of advisors.
Currently, we have Salesforce and Hubspot at the same. We consider Salesforce as CRM and Hubspot as the marketing platform. They are connected, and some info gets synched. But I feel like we don't utilize all the functions that Salesforce can give. Our sales team isn't big (10 people). My company's contract with Salesforce will soon renew for another year. I think about whether the company should keep Salesforce or not.
Can Hubspot substitute Salesforce as CRM? I am talking about simple functions such as logging a call, running reports, having email templates and etc.
