CRM for independent salesperson

I've tried everything from Monday to hub spot, at least 10. I wasted so many days messing with them. When I tell them what I need it's like they can't comprehend it.

I'm looking for a CRM for one person. I represent 4-6 companies at any given time. My customer base commonly buys multiple lines from me. I need the ability to sort my customers by lines they buy, sort my customers by zip code, pull up a company, and see the history quickly. Basically a glorified spreadsheet in an a mobile app.

I also would like to see total sales for each company I represent, and my overall total sales. I'm not concerned with commission calculations because it varies so much from deal to deal.

I don't need social media integrations. I don't have a functioning website, although my email is a domain name I own.

I'm in my car most of the time and need the ability to grab my phone and very quickly see customers/leads I've preloaded.

It would be a bonus to be able to track the emails, but I use the free version of hub spot for important emails and that seems to work okay, but I'm constantly having to login and out. When I see add-ons or team mention a lot in descriptions I steer clear.

I have a few friends willing to write a program/app for me at no cost and host it for me. I don't want to do that because of privacy.
