Is there a personal CRM that can consolidate real life contact and virtual contacts such as Twitter and its not sales or customer service driven?

I am a content creator and constantly reaching out to people whom I haven’t met for interviews or commentaries. I like to have a personal CRM – that’s not for sales management – can easily combine my exiting real life contacts , mainly stored on iPhone contacts with my virtual network ( Twitter following, LinkedIn network, etc) – Can easily be customized in properties. For example Contact 1 for Topic a, b, c, Contact 2 for topics d, e, f. – can exist share a link related to a contact to his/her profile (e.g. a Forbes article mentioned Contact 1) – I know Notion had many great table-based customization but it’s weakness as a native CRM makes me hesitate
