Looking for the best CRM software to use at the company I am currently at. We are a small Business, looking to get more efficient with our current deals and enquires and gain some analytics.

Hey all, we are looking for something no more than £40 a month. It only needs to be accessible by 1 user but the more users that can access the better obviously. I have a few pointers below for what we are looking for, it would be super helpful if I could get some guidance!

For reference we are currently using the free version of Hubspot but it is super limited when it comes to custom parameters and much more. The only other software that catches my eye is Zoho, but I can never seem to find definite answers on the below.

• How many custom parameters can we get ?
• Can we have multiple pipelines?
• What sections of the deals can be customised?
• How many contacts can we have?
• Can we automate reminders/tasks?
• What sort of analytics can we get?
• Can we integrate gmail with it?
• Can we track opens on emails?
• Can we Automate reminders when a deal is created or new lead ?
• Can we create different lists of contacts ?
• Can we give reasons why a deal was won or lost?
• Can we get analytics on our conversion rate of deals in lost and won?
