CRM for Gmail and Social Media

Does anyone know a platform that can integrate Gmail and social media (facebook, insta, twitter and linkedin)? I am not not looking at managing content (I use Meltwater for that). Instead I am looking at being able to pull contacts from emails or DMs I receive on each platform, as well as the messages themselves so I can handle cross-channel communications in one place (and create templates).

For example: Someone DMs me on Facebook. I want to see that in my CRM, create a contact for that person and respond to them from the CRM using a template response. If at somepoint this becomes a more sophisticated communication and I end up emailing them from the CRM, I can see this chain onf communications in one place.

I have tried Salesforce, Hubspot and Copper. Nothing seems to have this very simple capability. Thank you
