( votes)Hello everyone! I’ve been looking to possibly get into CRM the past few months and I have so many questions.
I work in the fashion industry and I’ve been thinking of switching careers at some point within these next few years. Although I work in fashion, I’m just about to start an internship (only on saturdays) where I learn crm and email marketing.
What is the best way I can get a real job in a CRM position? Would I start as an admin? Does it take a while to become a “CRM Manager?” I’ve noticed that pretty much everyone is using salesforce. Would that be the most profitable software to learn? What about braze, hubspot and zoho? If I develop skills in one software, will they easily transfer to another?
(I know a lot of big companies use braze CRM but I don’t know why there aren’t any courses or info online.)
I know a fair amount of people with businesses who need marketing/strategy help – once I get a lot of experience learning a certain software, should I implement it into their business and start that way?
Let me know if you have any advice for me!
Thanks a ton
