Need a good CRM, help!

Our business model is a little different than most which has resulted in now processing over $100,000 in rev per month and still using spreadsheets. Its gotten out of hand and unbearable (just the damn glitching is one main reason). The reason is we have very specific things we need that google sheets does well, does anyone know a CRM that can do all of the below (we use freshdesk for CS already so covered there)

1) Auto import orders as soon as they are made (hopefully every CRM)

2) Attach photos to a specific order (be able to upload different images directly on a clients order that can be seen by employees)

3) Have different bench marks employees can check off on each order (submitted to suppliers, order approved, declined)

4) Be able to send emails for updates on a specific order (remind X employee to check this order again in 3 days, remind me to check for X in 5 days for this order)

5) Easy to use and a design that will make all of the above easy to do
