I am Matthew, currently a customer experience specialist at Vtiger CRM, and wanted to reach out to the community here.

If you are unfamiliar, we are an all-in-one CRM solution primarily for small and medium-sized companies. Although if you are an enterprise-level company, we can scale up for that as well.

I know that choosing and customizing a CRM for your company can be complex, confusing, and frustrating at times. I wanted to make myself available as a resource here if you all have any questions regarding our platform.

Beyond that, I'm more than happy to talk about optimizing any CRM platform you may be using, the CRM industry beyond that, and any other questions you can think up as long as they remain polite and professional.
