Recommendation for a CRM that has an Outlook IMAP

Small company I'm doing a job for is looking for a CRM that has a full IMAP with Outlook/365. Basically they want to be able to send and receive emails from within the CRM itself. HubSpot is off the table as they don't meet the security standards they're looking for.Zoho is one option left on the table, but I haven't had great experiences with them in past and I'm not real eager to recommend that. If anyone has another alternative, I would love to hear it.
