One person's choice of process management tool is influenced by convenience and benefits of use: “ I like it when everything is easy to use, but at the same time it has lots of opportunities”. So, I heard a sufficiently pragmatic answer, logical from the point of view of business processes.

In contrast, another person chooses a tool based on the attractiveness of the design and the prevalence of use by other companies. “I choose the most trendy (if others have trusted this platform with their work, then it’s already tasted). Also, I like when the design is not annoying and the principle of operation is intuitively clear.
