I am the IT specialist at a non profit that provides education, awareness and support to farmer, and people in low economic environments. Some services we provide is will creation and management.
So, I am looking for a CRM that provides follow-ups, referral management, marketing automations, task management, and possibly a way to keep up with projects and grants, and detailed reporting and maybe take donations. Plus integrations! Integration options just in case. We currently are using Google sheets to keep record of contacts using Google sheets. However, the company is still fairly new, and this is my second week on the job. We might move to Microsoft 365.
I know this is a big request. But hopefully someone might point me in the right direction or make suggestions.
