CRM survey – User case study & Free piloting during developent

We're a passionate group of people who are about to create a new startup, focusing on CRM for small to medium sizes companies. I've used several CRM and know the struggles of finding a suitable plug & play option with easy integration and the possibility to scale.

We'd greatly appreciate it if you could spare 5 minutes of your day to answer your current usage of CRM with pros and cons.
