Need options

Sounds like they're saying voip options dont have the feature needed

If thats case, need 'crm' for this apparently? 'Crm' that has 'cdr' or w/e they're saying on there

Need this feature which google voice kinda somewhat has but not really:

When you call a #, know of any voip apps that shows you if you called that # before? And maybe even shows call history when you a call a #? Call history could show relative dates like 1 and a half month ago etc

Need voip apps/companies that shows if you called a specific number upon calling. If there's more than 1 option, Which of those options also lets you add notes while on call with that #?
