Help choosing CRM software

A small company I work for needs to switch to better software for customer contacts. They were looking into Salesforce, but it's too expensive for the number of contact tickets they have.

The requirements are:

— ticket creation (agents can create tickets)
— integration with WordPress
— call recording and storing (due to laws, calls need to be recorded and stored)

Twilio seems like a good option, but I'm sure there is other stuff on the market.

Do you have experience working in software that meets the requirements, something that was easy to use and functioned well?
