Contacts management with custom fields to maintain all our members information.

Workflow management for our Grievance process.
For this there are several steps to the process which each have their own due dates based on the date the prior step was completed or passed.
We need the case numbers to be sequential and allow a prefix of G-
The grievance cases need to be linked to a member from the members list.
PDF creation from the data collected at the 1st stage of the grievance process.
Alerts of due dates
- Needs to be somewhat manageable for some less than tech savvy users.
