CRM for Webinar business

Hello,

I've been looking for my company for proper CRM. We sell webinars and ship books. Do you guys maybe know a proper cloud CRM (best if it's connected to Zapier) for this kind of business?

What I'd need the most, beyond standard use, is to make groups and subgroups to them. If you have any experience with any CRM, that provides more than standard grouping and is fit for webinar selling I'd use your help.
