( votes)We have a large outside sales team submitting new customer leads which prompts a proposal generation requests. This proposal is created overseas and then emailed back to us.
We're using google forms to capture the lead information and it's auto-notifying the proposal team's group inbox that a new lead has been captured.
I'd like to ensure that we don't miss any proposal creations and also track the proposal status (Requested, In-Progress, Delayed, Completed, Sent to Client) Ideally we'd like to track proposal creation performance and also move the status to deal won.
What solutions are out there, I don't even know what to google
