( votes)I have a new job at a building materials wholesaler, and we are using Quickbooks. It, uh, has its limitations. My main gripe, honestly, is that there's little actual "customer management" capability – there's nowhere to make notes about any customer preferences, such as preferred materials, whether or not they like their invoices emailed, what days they prefer delivery at which locations, and so forth.
What's a good CRM for managing these factors?
