Is there a free CRM you download onto your computer not cloud based

I need a CRM that you can download onto your computer I do not want my sales information in the cloud.

I am looking for a CRM that installs onto your laptop, is free (or very cheap), does not require the cloud, simple to use.

I am a 1 person sales force but have 1000s of contacts to manage. Thanks in advance.
