we desperately need a CRM for the database itself, sales pipeline management, attribution and email marketing.
team is small so operating simplicity is important.
support is important to all SaaS tools we use.
i have evaluated many options. Keap was pushed forward by a team member. i narrowed to Zoho but backed off given support concerns. looking closely at AirTable.
there are many informed readers on this subReddit that might save me from making a poor choice. what should focus on on?
