( votes)Backstory: Ive owned a small hospitality business for 8 years now and it’s stable and got a great brand & presence in my city (could always earn more) having 10 employees now.
So I’m looking at a change in direction while keeping the business in my back pocket so to speak – so I’m deciding to take a 6 month long course in CRM (I believe it’s Salesforce or similar product)
I have 0 experience in IT (though plenty of friends in the industry in various roles)
I’d love if someone gave me a breakdown of their job or how CRM plays a role in providing value to whoever their client is.
I hope I’m making sense here haha
