Enhanced Microsoft Teams Collaboration

JourneyTEAM developers discuss the latest collaboration capabilities currently in preview in Microsoft Teams in a recent learning forum.

As part of their continuing efforts to improve the power and efficiency of its solutions, Microsoft has released new collaboration capabilities within Microsoft Teams. Currently available in preview, these enhanced features are enabling organizations to increase and streamline communication and collaboration across teams.

In a recent learning forum, JourneyTEAM developers provided an in-depth look at the new features available to Microsoft users. Some of these new features include:

• The ability to link Teams chats to specific Dynamics 365 records.
• Recommended chats that provide salespeople with additional information or helpful context.
• The ability to link Teams channels to specific Dynamic cases.

These new features are designed to connect information across the enterprise, enabling users to find current, connected information on any platform
