Recommendation for multiple business units

Is there a crm out there that allows for having multiple business units? My company is in the B2B space with 3 distinct divisions, each with their own web domains. Each unit has it's own leads, contacts, and marketing campaigns. Ideally it would be nice for our sales people to have access to each division and the contacts within to cross/upsell.

I was initially thinking of having 3 different Hubspot accounts, but is there something more elegant out there?
