Looking for CRM a solution

Hi everyone

I want to implement a CRM for my small business.

A business which is about calling customers who already registered on my landing page.

The features I need to focus the most on are; to be able to assign the customer to my agent so he/she can call them, Due to customer's privacy it is important that the agent cannot see the number, so the agent should be provided with a button "call now" which then opens Zoiper and makes the call.

I also need a 'work-log' where each call will be tracked. (only timing due to privacy)

It would also be nice if there is a ticketing system where the agent would be able to open tickets to IT support.

If you know any CRM which has these features, I would be more than happy to buy it.
