( votes)The brawl between Ashneer Grover and BharatPe’s management has been going on for quite some time, and there seems to be no sign of cooldown between the two. There have been mudslinging, uncalled for jibes and a slew of comments disrespecting each other.
On Wednesday (April 6), a former BharatPe employee took to LinkedIn to request the company’s management to pay his salary for the month of March. The individual, Karan Darki, alleged that BharatPe terminated the employment of all the old administrative staff and has not yet paid their salaries.
“We were with BharatPe ever since the company started and now we are nowhere because of your internal policies. We are poor people and have our houses to run, small kids to take care of. We have been spending our own money for the company’s petty cash and our reimbursement bills have not yet been paid since December,” the LinkedIn post read.
Ashneer Grover, who was stripped of all BharatPe titles last month for alleged “misappropriation of company funds”, commented on the post requesting the company to look into this matter. He also tagged BharatPe’s chief executive officer (CEO) Suhail Sameer and new head of financial control Hersimran Kaur in the comment.
Grover’s sister had also commented on a separate thread of the same post, selling BharatPe’s top management “a shameless bunch”. To which, Suhail responded that the company doesn’t have enough capital to pay terminated employees’ salaries since her brother stole it all.
