ATLANTA, GA. April 1, 2022 — A.C.E. Microtechnology, Inc. and ACE Micro, LLC are proud to announce the acquisition of ACE Microtechnology, Inc., a Georgia based company, effective April 1, 2022, by ACE Micro, LLC a Florida based company.

ACE Micro, LLC will continue to support all existing ACE Microtechnology clients in the exemplary manner they have always experienced.

New business development will continue to focus on the Microsoft suite of on-prem and cloud solutions which includes D365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, D365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft PowerApps with a focus on the manufacturing, distribution, and hospitality industries.

Susan Lobby, President of ACE Microtechnology, Inc. will continue with ACE Micro, LLC in an advisory and sales role for the foreseeable future. According to Susan, “the transition of ACE Microtechnology to existing team members provides an excellent opportunity for our clients to continue to be serviced by the same group of professionals they have come to rely on with no disruption to existing projects or support needs.”

Laura Murphy, VP of Operations and Mark Munson, VP of Sales, will take on the roles of CEO and President respectively, of ACE Micro, LLC. The Executive Team is committed to retaining all existing staff. Laura Murphy commented “We’re excited for this opportunity to lead the new ACE Micro into the future. We are committed to supporting our existing Dynamics GP, Business Central, and D365 for Sales clients but are equally committed to growing and expanding our presence with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
