Need CRM or PRM for owner communication

Hi reddit,

coop company here looking for PRM software that can handle communication with the owners. Around 500 of them, divided into 5-6 groups based on location. A solution needs to have:

• owner profile. picture, name, personal info etc
• ability to group owners by location
• record text/email and calls from the communication team (5 people)

Pretty much the communication team has to make sure to talk at least once a year with the owner and log the times they spoke or has email conversations.
