CRM that integrates well with FB messenger and groups

I'm starting a new role in a company that markets primarily using FB messenger to their public FB group. My role will be to contact any new people joining the group, and I need to have a CRM to keep track of all the new group members as well as the convos I've had with them. Right now, I haven't been able to find anything that does this in a streamlined way. Any suggestions? Bonus points if it also integrates with Instagram.
