Advice needed, looking for simple CRM with subscription management

Hello,

I'm looking for a simple CRM solution managing software licences subscriptions. My only goal is the following:

1. collect users data: name, email address, phone number, software type
2. notify users 14-30 days before software renewal due data
3. only 2 kind of softwares with 1-2-3 years of subscription
4. I don't need invoicing and payment solutions, only a simple but automated email to the user about the expiry date

Any advice please?
