Cheap/Free CRM with good features for recurring invoicing

Can anyone recommend a cheap/free CRM with a good feature set for managing recurring invoicing/billing, email notifications etc for a business that runs group classes for coaching?

Mostly looking for something to help keep the billing organized but also has the other basic CRM functions for sales.

Seems like everything is so focused on companies looking to drive large amounts of sales and not recurring service type businesses.
